NINGBO XINXING FASTENERS MANUFACTURE CO., LTD., which is a specialized manufacturer of fastenerswas, was established in 1985. we have about 250 employees( including 50 technical staff members). It occupies an area of 15000m2, 10000m2 of which are covered by factory buildings. The gross capital of the co***ny is valued at RMB 15 million, the annual turnover RMB 80 million and the products of 70 per cent worldwide and supply many customers in Europe and South East Asia.
We have own cold and hot forming equipment and heat treatment lines. We manufacture a wide range of standard and special fasteners to satisfy anengineer¡¯s specifications and meet many automotive railway , industrial requirements. Our fasteners are produced to international standard including DIN, ANSI, BS, JIS and ISO, as well as the Chinese GB standard. The bolts are available in grades 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 , the nuts are available in grades 5, 6, 8,10,12. We can supply with a variety of plated finishes such as zinc chemical blacking and hot dip galvanized.
